Leave behind packets, or “mail ahead packets” as I like to call them. For our clients we recommend that every time they get a lead and they do a call intake, they actually mail a packet of information about the company before their estimator gets there. This gives the client an opportunity to see what the company is about and to learn some more information before they actually meet face to face with a representative of the company.
