If you don’t have a post-job meeting to conclude a painting project, you are hurting yourself and your company. The post-job meeting is your opportunity to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the painting job you just completed. With residential painting, it’s your way of getting paid immediately. It’s also your way to set the stage for future opportunities with the client. You want to let the customer know you care about your work and that you will be communicating with them. If they have any type of issue or question, you want them to be comfortable enough to reach back out to your company. So having a post-job meeting with your customer is critical in the painting business.
