Some people think that if you do a great job you will receive a testimonial from your client. Or if you do a great job you will get a good referral. Thatís often not the case. You need systems in place that generate testimonials and generate referrals. Doing a great painting job alone is not enough. You need to constantly set the stage and expect to get A`s on the report card. Strive to get the customer online and provide your company with a positive review. Talk with your crew leader and the customer at the pre-job meeting, during the actual work and daily checkingís, and at the post-job meeting. Discuss it often as part of your system. This will help make it happen.
