Fusion marketing is a low cost, high-reward way to really connect with some complimentary businesses in your local marketplace. I suggest working with complimentary contractors–companies that don’t compete with you but yet have the same residential customers. The thing that gets people hung up with fusion marketing is they don’t have any system. When my clients come to me they have an idea of who they want to work with but they have no system in place to initiate a conversation with another company.
