It’s important to differentiate between levels of painters. You want to have painters that have different skill levels. You want to be very specific about which painting skills are involved in identifying a painter level one, painter level two and painter level three. Associate growth with moving through these levels and increase salaries when moving through the levels. This makes your training program relevant. If all painters are blocked in together and there is no differentiation between skill sets, then your painter training program loses some of its relevancy.
